Typical job responsibilities include but not restricted to:

- Brand Building and Media Planning and Management skills with special focus on digital media.

- Develop deep understanding of the tests being offered by Medgenome, customer segments, audiences, partners, their challenges, and position MedGenome offerings appropriately to build market leadership status.

- Team management skills; establishes operational objectives and assignments and delegates assignments within team. Provides guidance to team members to achieve individual and business goals.

- Drive strategic planning activities to generate revenue and profit growth. Has in-depth knowledge of customer segmentation, product positioning, pricing, competitor landscape, and new product development.

- Develop a comprehensive program plan that identifies an appropriate promotion mix that is consistent with the brands positioning and core messaging.

- Provide a high level understanding of the brand's clinical experience, positioning, messaging, and differentiation from competitive products.

- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.

- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on- investment and profit-loss projections.

- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. 2 MedGenome HR - Proprietary & Confidential

- Translate in-depth market, consumer, medical fraternity and competition analysis into winning concepts by defining market specific product positioning.

- Deliver high grade digital and offline marketing campaigns for the company, and ensuring that puts from the sales team and product teams are well leveraged.

- Maintain knowledge of the services and third party partnerships that comprise our solution and offering.

- Conduct quarterly review of brands assigned. Present recommendations to senior management for recommended scalable opportunities/tactics /promotions that will increase reach of prescribers, consumers and patients that result in incremental revenue.

- Keep abreast of market trends, consumer behaviour and integrate the latest innovations, and best practices in the communications industry to constantly improvise on campaign effectiveness.

- Develop and deploy key digital initiatives including demand generation and e-nurturing.
