About the Role:
- Leading key campaign initiatives, build relevant messaging for the brand and work with agencies to build appropriate creative output across daily content & tentpole campaigns to achieve the brand objectives.
- Own the social channels for Resso and help build cultural relevance for the brand by growing & engaging our social community.
- Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and co-create strategic, highly creative, and effective multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will also liaise with artists/artist management/music label teams to find and convert artist access into marketing opportunities.
- Work cross functionally with cross functional teams such as programming, operations, product management and content to manage marketing campaigns for new releases and editorial & community building initiatives.
- Gather, analyze data and draw relevant insights to optimize ongoing campaigns. Post project analysis to arrive at actionable learnings for future campaigns.
Work experience with an organisation in the Music Streaming / Music Label / OTT / TV space and/or experience at a social media agency handling Music/OTT/TV/Entertainment brands.
