About IML: IML Jeans Co. is a maker of handcrafted denim jeans for women. We are a purely bespoke service and manufacture a garment based on a pattern created exclusively for each customer, and entirely based on customer preferences.
We have been in the garments finishing industry for over 20 years and our team includes designers, textile engineers, anthropologists, tailors, fit analysts, and young and dynamic marketing professionals. Our designs are developed in-house taking into account myriad factors including future trends, wearability and comfort for the Indian woman, quality of fabrics and trims, and a heavy focus on research and development.
Role purpose: To develop and drive the marketing strategies and plan for the organization . Also, drive the CRM and SCO initiatives
Roles & responsibilities:
- Develop the marketing plan/ strategy for the oranisation
- Promote company or products via press releases, notices in editorials, television “plugs,” or public speeches
- Plan, prepare and coordinate production of promotional materials
- Engage newspapers, magazines, and trade journal editors for the company and manage relations.
- Use press releases, photographs, slides, and video tapes to spread the news about new organisation
- Plan, organize and manage branding, promoting, and advertising activities
- Responsible for Customer Relationship management - develop and manage database, design promotion plans and customer engagement programs
- Responsible for website development and maintenance
Desired profile:
Education: MBA in Marketing
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience
Knowledge areas & skills:
- Technical/functional knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written & presentation skills
- Should be self motivated & work oriented
- Creative and contribute with innovative idea
