Marketing Manager

Overview of Role:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company. This person will be reporting to the MD.

Responsibilities:

- Determining overall marketing and communications strategy for the luxury vertical of the Organisation

- Developing and executing PR plans for the house in association with the PR agency; manage existing and develop fruitful associations with various media personnel, bloggers, influencers etc. for print and digital media coverage

- Handling all media buying and branding (packaging, comm. material) activities.

- Formulating content generation with the MD and creative team for an effective story telling

- Managing marketing budgets and allocation across ATL (print, OOH, digital and BTL (events, exhibitions)

- Conceptualizing and executing events along with the Events Manager; handle promotions including publicity, press coverage etc. pre and post events for the Organisation

- Liaising with brands to define co-op media plans while maintaining global guidelines for luxury watches and jewelry

- Managing brand ambassador and developing brand advocates for effective visibility at important events within India

- Leading and executing CRM activities - client engagement through gifting, comm. plans etc.

- Managing and enhancing in-store customer experience and oversee VM strategies along with the CRM Manager to ensure adherence of brand guidelines across all points of sale

- Leading the marketing team, set up individual targets/goals, execute training, grooming etc.

- Developing alliances across banking, finance, art and luxury sector for customer acquisition and build brand equity through events and other associations

Prerequisites:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 5- 10 years of relevant experience

- Luxury experience is must

- Should have handled a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Confident and dynamic personality

- Strong creative outlook
