Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generation of Case Studies working along with Delivery Projects and Engagements.

- Developing creative concepts, themes and marketing collateral for campaigns and promotions.

- Working with our Solutions, Delivery and Business Development teams to learn the messages and requirements for each piece of marketing collateral/case study produced.

- Website Content Management.

- Industry trend Analysis and Latest News.

- Newsletter publication

Good to have

- Collaborating with Creative/Graphic Designers to create graphical elements for marketing collateral projects

Preferred Skills:

Must Have

- Excellent organizational and written communications skills (Wordsmith).

- Good knowledge of the BPM landscape and its trends.

- Should be aware of the business terminologies and measurements.

- Ability to carry out research and study necessary to complete quality marketing collateral/case study.

- Strong interviewing skills for obtaining the information and message from Delivery, Business Development and Solutions Managers.

Good to have

- Sales strategies knowledge for IT Services and Solutions.

- Event Planning & Management Skills.

Academic Qualifications:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA
