Job Title : Marketing Manager

Working Location : Chennai / Noida - Remote Working
Key Responsibilities
- Create Global and Regional marketing plans by understanding the market drivers and services business strategies' and converting services strategy into actionable marketing activities for business offerings promotion and business growth
- Execute yearly marketing calendar as per the identified steps and budgets in order to achieve the contribution, market share, sales targets and profits for allocated business offerings.
- Help identify opportunities for thought leadership and generate content. Handling corporate and service brochures for content, branding etc., conceptualizing win themes for proposals, client partnership brochures
- Identifying, listing, planning & executing events, Making Event Collaterals and supporting materials, negotiating with event organizers/managers & vendors for booth space, co-coordinating with them for attendee list and managing email campaigns.
- Study competitor marketing and promotion strategies and pre-empt the same. Conduct primary and secondary market research to analyse the opportunities, market gaps, industry trends etc
- Support the sales team in execution of identified go to market strategy
- Execute customer engagement programs for various verticals and target customers by extending the brand experience. Create customer evidence pieces such as case studies, testimonials etc.
- Managing Customer Visits and Handling Client, Pitch & Service Presentations
- Plan and run digital campaigns across channels for specific product and regions
- Working on Internal presentations, Employee branding, new service launches, Corporate Identity manual, manage new initiatives on corporate website, intranet (KM portal) and mailers.
- Analyst Relationship Management: Monitor analysts research agendas to influence upcoming work. Ensure regular interactions with key analysts and work with PR team to drive awareness of research inclusions
- Account Based Marketing - Execute highly targeted and customized marketing campaigns for key customers/ prospects

Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering /MCA + MBA
Experience :
An MBA in marketing or equivalent educational qualification
Total Experience of ~15 years [5+ years of relevant work experience in a reputable Services Organization]
Key Attributes / Knowledge / Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and team skills
- Well aware of digital marketing landscape and driving principles
- Should be a techno-functional professional with a minimum 5 years work experience in IT Services marketing
- Should have a good understanding / appreciation of Software services business
- Candidates with Experience to SEA and Middle East Markets. Exposure to Japan will be a PLUS
- Good Knowledge of software tools and processes commonly used in marketing
- Capable of actively participating in ideation, problem solving and decision making
- Working with cross functional teams to achieve high standards of performance
- Preference will be given for prior exposure as a part of global marketing team
