Report to & work closely with the Head of Marketing .
- Strategize & Create marketing campaigns to deliver the goals(Lead Gen & Brand building)
- Monitor weekly and monthly performance of all the campaigns, recommend and implement changes to optimize the campaigns
- Drive email campaigns, account based marketing, and digital footprint of the brand(some campaigns with the help of vendor agencies)
- Bridge the gap between product, marketing, & sales teams by understanding the product, creating the marketing plan for the new features, and helping the sales team in creating sales enablement collateral
- Work with content & design team to create brochures, case studies, and other marketing collateral
- Own important KPIs - number of leads/month, cost optimized/month, etc and marketing collateral
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing
- Strong hands-on design software skills in Pardot, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Zoho, Variance or similar marketing automation tool, CRM
- Experience in managing small teams & multiple vendors
- Should have a creative eye and attention to detail with a hands on experience in design will be good
- Being a sports & Technology enthusiast will be a cherry on the top
- Curiosity to learn & explore things outside your domain of expertise
