1. Be part of the early team, and work closely with leadership to strategize and execute marketing efforts in the Hyderabad and Telangana regions. Involves both online and offline.
2. Building a strong brand presence in the Hyderabad and Telangana region.
3. Visiting Target Organizations/Institutions in the region as a part of lead generation and gathering insights to build a strong business.
4. As an initial team member, be part of a lean team building systems and processes. Over time, take responsibility for building teams.
Experience: 3+ years in Sales and Marketing roles.

1. Understand the Hyderabad landscape well and can speak Telugu
2. Good communication skills
3. Highly agile, action-oriented, and results-driven
4. Strong focus on execution and long-term goals
5. Someone who loves being on the ground, interacting with all stakeholders, and coming up with innovative solutions to meet business goals
Education: A graduate of a premier engineering school (IIT/NIT). Alternatively, an MBA from a premier B school (or) being part of lean teams/startups has experience building things from the ground up.
