An extremely large and highly respected company in the Lubricant Industry has entrusted us with the selection of an outstanding Marketing Manager who shall head marketing for their largest category of lubricants.

Educational Qualifications: MBAs from reputed B-Schools like IIMs / XLRI / ISB, etc.

Experience: Min 6 + yrs post MBA

Location: Mumbai

We invite applications from candidates working in FMCG or Consumer Durable industries having the drive, zeal and burning ambition to rise in the corporate ladder fast. Demonstrative leadership qualities are prerequisite for this position.

The role:

- Build marketing strategy to make brand equity stronger & grow market share. Developing brand communication, conceptualizing & developing the experiential platform.

- Deliver brand's objectives by managing the brand's P&L and brand health, flawlessly implementing all key initiatives in time and in-line with budget. Manage total A&P budget & track brand performance

- Improve efficiency of marketing programs by measuring & evaluating all activities and drawing concrete learning's.

- Develop strategic recommendations to seek opportunities.

Remuneration and perks will be commensurate with experience.
