Marketing Manager East (Looking for FMCG Candidates )
The role is responsible for driving consumer-facing initiatives and programs in the franchise. This involves identifying category brand pack opportunities and creating programs to leverage them, working with central marketing teams to land national programs on ground, creating channel-specific programs to drive consumer demand and incidence, driving digital engagement with consumers, nurturing key account relationships towards profitable business and ensuring high standards of execution in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Drive marketing programs for the region
- Contribute to the development of 3-year strategic plans and Annual Business plan
- Conduct deep analysis on Nielsen, HH, consumer data to understand trends and gaps, suggest actions to market share to gain over the competition
- Accountable for joint planning and implementation of relevant marketing initiatives with the bottler to maximize sales and drive revenues
- Build strong partnerships with the National key accounts in the franchise and ensure development & execution of marketing plans & promotions. Monitor & ensure timely reconciliation of accounts of NKA & bottler
- Manage region DME spends, driving productivity and impact, and maintain controls on all financial parameters and ensure compliance of company directives
- Communicate with consumer marketing and region marketing to ensure total system alignment on development and execution of marketing plans, products, programs and services
- Continuously review and monitor Right Execution Daily (RED) scores, analyze gaps and ensure bottler undertakes corrective action to improve the same

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
ESSENTIAL: Advanced degree beyond graduate-level education in a university or equivalent
DESIRED: MBA from a Premier B School
MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5 - 7 years required; Experience in Sales & Distribution, Marketing desired.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS :
Written & oral knowledge of English and Hindi. Knowledge of Bengali and/or Telegu will be an added advantage.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 30 50%
