Marketing Manager - Fintech Start Up
- As a Marketing Manager, you will own and work on a series of social campaigns to drive overall growth.
- You will define the overall Marketing Strategy including BTL activities, digital and social media approach by defining new audience segments, developing new campaigns and establishing a system for rapid iterative testing.
Responsibilities :
- Devising strategies to drive offline traffic through BTL and local activation campaigns.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic and track conversion rates. Making improvements to the collaterals/website.
- Developing and managing offline and digital marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing the social media strategy. Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all marketing activities.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years and not more than 5 years of experience working in a marketing role
- Deep understanding of popular online channels and forums, including but not limited to LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Power user of at least 2 popular social media platforms
- Experience in working with a tech and/or education brand
- Expertise in user acquisition methods
- Excellent understanding of analytics tools
- Excellent command over the English language
- Experience in a early and growth stage startup is preferred
