About our Client - Our client is one of the leading European fashion retail players with a significant presence across the globe. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and have always been at the fore front of developing trendy and affordable clothes and accessories for their customers across age groups. Currently, they are looking at entering the India market, and are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager as a part of their central management team, based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for:

- Conceptualizing the implementing the India marketing strategy for the brand in accordance with global guidelines , media strategy and initiatives

- Develop the brand identity by implementing marketing strategies targeted towards the ideal consumer segment

- Managing the marketing budget, and working closely with other internal teams to ensure that the marketing initiatives are translated into increased business

- Acting as the brand custodian, and ensuring that the brand is represented in the ideal manner across all channels and mediums

- Working closely with external Media agency (Media) as a daily course of work

- Identifying consumer trends, preferences and competitor analysis to an up to date merchandise range for the brand

The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 6-8 years of experience in marketing/branding roles. Prior experience in media buying and working with marketing strategy is a must. Furthermore, experience of having worked in the fashion retail or lifestyle industry is a preference. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead marketing initiatives for the brand in India. Considering that the company is a startup in India, you should be a great team player, have great leader ship skills, be hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
