Job Description

The Person will be reporting to Country Manager - India with functional reporting to Marketing Director - International.

The key responsibilities include :

- Creation and implementation of the annual marketing plan for the organization.

- Creation and delivery of marketing campaigns to generate sales leads and inquiries for local and projects opportunities.

- Close liaison with the regional sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing plans and sales activity.

- Conduct market research in key target area and develop marketing & strategic plan for target area.

- Close liaison and cooperation with the marketing services team globally to ensure successful delivery of local marketing programmes in accordance with company brand guidelines and procedures.

- Develop, agree and manage the annual local marketing budget in accordance with finance guidelines.

- Support the development and execution of the annual Strategy Deployment Matrix.

- Monthly reporting against objectives to Area and Central management.

The Successful Applicant

- MBA or Diploma in Marketing from a premier B School with an Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical) with 7- 8 years experience in B2B marketing.

- Applicant has to be a team player, able to coordinate effectively with sales and marketing service teams & strong customer focus & ability to translate customer needs into marketing deliverables are skills.

- Strong planning & co-ordination and communication skills are must.
