To start off it will be an individual contributor role. Looking for people from FMCG domain with 10+ years of core experience in distribution and startups The incumbent will be responsible to setup the distribution model from scratch across EASTERN INDIA Brief Job description : - Looking for an incumbent with Vast experience in spearheading channel sales and distribution covering a broad spectrum. Exposure to designing and setting-up distribution structure and management, general trade, trade marketing,modern retail and new channel development&amp; P&amp;L. - Will be responsible for Setting distributor operations, create business model from base, implemented general trade and new market expansion activities, initiatives planning and execution across channels, locations and categories. - Setting up perfect distribution channels in various states of East India covering West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand, N.East States to maximise width of the distribution - Deft in driving new product launch, new distribution channel development, establishing strategic partnerships and accelerating growth &amp; achieving desired goals. - Exploring new markets for businesses growth and streamlining sales &amp; marketing operations in General Trade. - Carrying out sales / marketing operations and overseeing competent business strategies to market a wide range of products through sales promotion and achieving pre-set profit targets - Identifying &amp; networking with financially strong/ reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration. - Developing &amp; appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working with the channel / distributors to assist them to promote the product. - Distribution Management: Demarcate Towns/ cities / States with proper work force plan ensuring effective coverage through beat management and outlet opening in alignment with the Business Plan.
