We are opening a Demand Generation Marketing Manager:

Highlights:

- Experience range 5-7 years.

- Very important to have a SaaS background.

- Full-Time role in Bangalore or Mumbai

- Someone who can take the 0-1 journey.

- Good communication skills.

- An Engineering background with a specialization in marketing(MBA etc) is preferable.

- Hands-on with marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

- Build a Demand Generation infrastructure containing tools, techniques, processes to generate awareness, and drive future enterprise software customers into using and buying our products.

- Focus on the customer's journey, and build repeatable processes that help fill the funnel.

- Define, develop, and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy.

Growth Path : 

- You are the first marketing team member-converting high-level ideas to revenue, and working with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. While you could tell us how you wanna grow, but an easy one for us is to help you become the CMO.

- The first year would be spent on execution, and then we will help grow your team containing specialists for content, SEO, event, webinar, social media, PR, AR, ABM, community, and channel.

- You'll have the opportunity to build a multi-continent team leveraging the fact that talent is everywhere.

Qualifications:

- Owner's mindset.

- 5+ years of SaaS Marketing experience in a product-led startup; preferably lived the grueling, gut-wrenching, early journey from $0 to $10M revenue.

- You live within analytics and are driven by intuition. Though, you care about leads that converted but care more about the leads that dropped-off.

Our Hiring Process :

- A total effort of 4-6 hours from sharing of resume to the offer letter.

- After the resume shortlists, we kick-off the interview process with a 30-minute discovery call.

- The next step would be a take-home assignment that would take 1-2 hours to complete, followed by a 60-120 minute discussion with the CEO.

- A 60-90 minute conversation with one of the advisors and an optional 30-minute get-to-know call with one of the investors.

- Offer letter discussion.
