Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple marketing agencies with a clear focus on digital
- Drives Content creation including videos, blog posts, etc with a clear emphasis on innovative & clutter breaking work
- Website management including all aspects of the backend CMS, SEO and content
- Campaign management across all platforms, mainly digital
- Managing participation in events and activations and creating on-ground fan experiences
- Involved in planning and execution of the annual marketing plans based on agreed objectives
- Help build followers/fan base for the brand & Product
- Drive partnerships to distribute and sell team kit replicas both within and outside the Group
- Drive research to measure impact of marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the design and PR team based in UK
Requirement
- A passionate individual who with a positive attitude
- Self motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A constant learner who is always challenging status quo backed by data and logic
- Understanding of traditional and emerging media / marketing channels
- Good understanding of media buying, mainly in the social media space
- Preferably a Social Media power user or advanced understanding of current social media ecosystem
- Should be able to think strategically yet focus on execution excellence
- Should have an eye for great design
- Prior experience in events, BTL and activations will be an added advantage
- MBA with 4 to 8 years experience in marketing
- Be a great team player, possess excellent interpersonal skills and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Person with a keen interest in world of motorsport/sport/automotive would be given preference
- Valid passport and willingness to travel to select race locations abroad
