We are looking for passionate and driven individual who want to be part of the "Charcoal Concepts" Business Vertical of K-Hospitality.

Charcoal Concepts is a leading platform for Indian cuisine operating award-winning brands such as Copper Chimney and Bombay Brasserie with 33 outlets spread across 10+ cities in 5 countries.

Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Responsible for Planning and managing Marketing , Branding, Advertising and Promotional activities. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives

1. Plan marketing and branding objectives

2. Develops and executes marketing plans and initiatives that significally helps store achieve it sales target, guest counts, and market share

3. Develops and executes marketing plans and initiatives that significally helps store achieve it sales target, guest counts, and market share (company-owned and franchised stores)

4. Oversees marketing campaigns to promote products

5. Preparations of Budgets reports

6. Expand product solutions and offerings

7. Prepare marketing strategies with help of business operations

8. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

9. Prepare and adhere to budgets

10. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

11. Design and finalise print ads and publications.

12. Ensure brand messages are consistent.

13. Gather and analyze customer insight.

14. Engage consumers on social media.

15. Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

16. Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.

17. Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.

18. Engage other organizations within the community.

19. Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

20. Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader
