Marketing Manager - Content - CRM/BPO Solutions

The role would involve :

The incumbent would be responsible for development of marketing content and support the marketing related activities planned by the organization. The experience we are looking for is 5 years. The incumbent would have to work closely with the marketing team to provide support in the marketing and branding activities of the organization. Location: Bangalore.

- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department

- Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives

- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans

- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns

- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

- Deliver target ROI metrics of all brand building campaigns

- Develop marketing plans and programs for each product and direct promotional support

- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

- Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
