We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team with a leading Consumer Electronics organization based out in Noida.
Overview of Role:
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Developing BTL Marketing strategy for the organization in line with the overall business strategy
- Responsible to monitor, analyse & evaluate the market trends, consumer and customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify potential new opportunities of BTL visibility enhancement and innovations for brand building.
- Planning and implementation of BTL marketing program through best practices and through interface and vendor management like SOH, POSM, events etc.
- Responsible for BTL vendor management for implementation, interface with ATL manager and creative agencies for delivery; Evaluating BTL vendor performance and initiate correctives.
- Manage budget calendars and ensure financial prudency and process efficiency for BTL marketing program.
- To ensure budget limits and take steps so that efficiency of budget spend is improved. To take care of in-store demonstrators (ISD) processes being followed while setting monthly incentive schemes, targets and driving sell-out efforts etc. and timely bills raised to affect proper and timely accounting.
- Performance management with Coaching of team and Self Development
- Assigning the targets to team members & reviewing it regularly for on goal implementation; to ensure the team is working progressively to fulfil the qualitative and innovation goals.
- Vendor management, bill processing, creative development and error free execution at events, instore branding etc.

- Strong verbal and communication skills and strong presentation and facilitation skills

- Have a strong understanding of information technologies and a proven ability to communicate/teach to others
- Have a baseline understanding of electronic technologies and related ecosystem (Entertainment, Air-conditioner and Home appliances, etc.)
- Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, highly motivated and self-starter skills
- Creative and conceptual thinker that can turn ideas into impactful results.
Qualification & experience:
- 8+ years' experience in similar roles and including some exposure to agency will be an added advantage.
- Graduate Or MBA with prior experience training development programs in consumer electronics - TV, AC and Refrigerators will be preferred.
- Work experience in multinational environment is preferred.
