Careers International is hiring Marketing Manager on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Role will be reporting to the Marketing Head and will be driving launches and building & implementing innovative marketing plans for CNS portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for specific segment brands within the assigned domain. This includes product/brand positioning, messaging, and the creation of marketing tactics tailored to key customer segments.
- Create and analyze business models while staying abreast of the competitive landscape to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate in defining and specifying new products and business models by crafting detailed business plans, marketing plans, launch plans, and more.
- Effectively transfer information, including launch plans, marketing strategies, and positioning, to the product marketing team to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular Product Knowledge Training sessions for the Sales Force team to ensure they are well-equipped to promote products effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharma marketing; must have experience handling ethical portfolio. Background in CNS portfolio is an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication abilities, coupled with the capacity to collaborate effectively across functions
