Marketing Manager - Chemical Solutions & Tissue Portfolio  Manage the assigned portfolio profitability.  Develop a strategic marketing plan by analyzing existing market and geographies and suggest strategies for new markets and products.  Our client, a leading multinational, is one of the global players in the cleaning and hygiene solutions space. They have had a sustained presence in the Indian Market over the previous years and have globally had a billion dollar + revenue last year. They are looking at hiring a marketing manager to lead the mentioned product portfolio's and drive aggressive expansion strategies.  Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, the key accountabilities will be:  1. Market & Geography analysis on an ongoing basis.  Portfolio management (Pricing, Packaging, New product introduction and Run schemes to achieve sales targets)  2. Develop & maintain relationships with the key R&D personnel as well as potential vendors of the product.  3. Keep the Business Head fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, and all activities on a monthly basis.  4. Maintain good working relationship / rapport & Conduct regular, high value programs to provide sales team with a platform to engage and interact with key customers in the industry  Required Experience and Knowledge   1. Good academic track record and post-graduation in marketing  2. 5 – 6 years in B2B, B2C companies, in marketing, with complete conceptual understanding.   3. Persistent & good on listening, negotiation & communication skills. Ability to learn on the go, and able to blend experience with requirements.
