Support area team and dealers to plan and execute customer contact programme for all business growth programmes in line with SOP &amp; policy 2. Plan v/s actual, budget monitoring and control, weekly and monthly reporting 3. Track, review and publish RoI of each activity 4. Plan and execute business growth projects on sector specific events along with events team - Drive Business Growth projects on digital platforms including dealer websites, SFDC, CRM &amp; DBMS 1. Plan and execute campaigns within the framework and business needs 2. Ensure all leads are captured in dealer business system, monitoring of lead status and measure conversions, publish dash boards for region, identify gaps, highlight and drive action plan for better marketing inputs effectiveness along with respective stake holders Literature - align with marketing process owners and Gate calendar to ensure availability of marketing inputs in the field for all products / VAS / business growth projects, 1. Plan &amp; delivery, recharges, third party App control, stock &amp; quality audits, Six sigma in literature supply, Periodic update and publications - Monthly news letter, Activity tracker, Literature matrix, monthly event information for internal team 1. Drive and update Literature tracker Internal communication : 1. Compile and Author internal communication bulletins related to marketing Coordination with : 1. WHQ and other locations / businesses for regular business and best practice sharing 2.
