Designation: Marketing manager - Branding


What would you do ?

- To create & implement branding campaigns in TV, Outdoor, Stores, social media etc places

- Reporting, dashboarding, performance review and optimization of all such campaigns

- Should be well-versed with fundamentals of marketing

- Should be able to manage creative agencies, media planning agencies, market research agencies, salesman agencies and reap good benefits out of each

- Should be able to perform customer-target research, channel-audience research, keyword research, Ad copy writing, & landing page optimization, store optimization to get best out of all branding campaigns

What should you be ?

- Experienced in launching at least 5 TV campaigns

- Good analytical skills with an ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets

- Candidate should be good in written and verbal English communication to be able to interact & coordinate with internal & external teams

- Hands on MS Excel, Google analytics and similar tools that aid in analysis and reporting of marketing initiatives

- Any UG, PG.

- Good to have MBA but not mandatory.

- Background in Maths or Analytics required

- Tools for managing online marketing, reporting and dashboarding like excel, google analytics, Omniture, Appsflyer, localytics etc

- Good to have experience of marketing research tools & metrics like concept test, Link test, brand-barometer, NPS etc

- Passion for Customer satisfaction.

- Fanaticism for quality.

- Flair for Marketing, interest in content generation that is relevant for target audience

- Comfortable with lots of data analysis and data-driven decision making.
