Marketing Manager - BFSI

One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

POSITION: - Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

- Creating the communication material (both ATL & BTL) for the acquisition of new clients.

- Data analytics to understand the client’s behavior.

- Attending the client pitch presentations, meeting the target customers and doing both secondary and desk research to identify target customer insights.

- To work along with the product team to help create products that are aligned to the target group insights.

- Ensure all communication for both acquisition and portfolio management are in line with the legal and statutory guidelines.

- Responsible for managing the marketing budget for the business unit.

- Ensuring all forms are updated as per the latest legal / regulatory guidelines.

- Provide support to other banking products.

- Tracking of approval, processing and closure of various customer tactical incentives launched by the Product Team.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- We are looking for MBA from B-Schools with 5- 8 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
