Marketing Manager - BFSI

We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Marketing Manager role, the key responsibilities are mentioned below

Responsibilities:

- Will manage and own all Business Development / Partnership campaigns synchronized across all product lines for the sales team for the region. Develop & Deliver relevant / target market based (affluent / High Net worth) / channel based marketing campaigns to support Sales of all consumer banking products

- Leveraging the Perceptual scale initiative to maximize sales productivity / throughput across Cards,Mortgages, Banking acquisitions, Insurance, Investments.

- Responsible for creation and owner of the Unified Marketing Calendar for the region – Point of Sales Marketing, road shows, kiosks, booths, events at corporate parks to build acquisition for relevant target segments

Candidate Specifications/Job Challenges:

- Good understanding of Micro-marketing events and marketing levers

- Prior Sales or Marketing experience is necessary

- Team player with a good understanding of market / consumers segments for retail banking products

- Should be passionate about creating customer impact

We are looking for MBA-2009,2010 and 2011 batch from Tier-2 b-schools with experience in handling marketing activities.
