Requirements:

- Need Marketing Generalists from SaaS Startups

- Must have strong experience in Organic Demand Generation (Content Marketing especially)

- Knowledge of running Paid campaigns is a PLUS

- Must be willing for full-time WFO from HSR Layout Bangalore

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in the SaaS industry or startup environment.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

- Proficient in SEO and content management systems (CMS). Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret marketing data to make data-driven decisions.

- Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic demand generation strategy to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

- Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, understand their needs, and develop marketing personas.

- Create and manage engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and more.

- Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the product team to develop compelling product messaging and positioning.

- Implement and manage SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and rankings.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

- Be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a startup, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and execute marketing campaigns within tight deadlines.
