Job Description - Reporting in to Director - F&B, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Identification & Delivery of value added services to targeted key accounts together with the sales teams

- New Product Development

- Market & Competitor analysis on an ongoing basis

- Developing & maintaining relationships with the key technical personnel as well as potential vendors of the product

- Creating and developing customized promotional inputs that can be used by sales force

- Defining raw materials needs from Purchase team for raw materials required, in terms of availability, service standards & Information needs

- Keeping the Business Head fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, and all activities on a weekly basis

- Maintaining good working relationship / rapport & Conduct regular, high value programs to provide sales team with a platform to engage and interact with top Process Food & Dairy business in the industry

The Successful Candidate - You are a graduate in Food Technology or Bio-Technology with excellent academic record and having 5-6 years in the Food ingredient/brewing/F&B industry. You should have good knowledge of raw material purchase particularly in the area of specialty chemicals or packaging products
