JOB OVERVIEW This role will lead the Marketing function in India for organization and drive the transformation to a dynamic and innovative organization through Strategic planning, program development and implementation of creative marketing tactics. Marketing Leader will report directly to the Managing Director of organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES 1. Design, implement, sustain and evaluate Marketing strategy consistent with organization Brand, value proposition and short- and long-term goals. 2. Create and implement Strategic and tactical marketing plans and budgets that directly impacts revenue growth. 3. Overview content creation, blogs, SEO/SEM, Market Research, Website management, BTL Ads and facilitate running customer seminars and Roadshows. 4. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share 5. Manage lead generation call center operations 6. Drive new product launches, promotions, price performance analysis, product mix analysis 7. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) to develop counter strategies. 8. Develop channel loyalty programs and organize channel conferences 9. Champion voice of customers and share market insights to the broader organization to adapt to the changing market trends 10. Develop deep collaborative relationship with channel partners and the Internal Sales organization 11. Champion the company's FBS culture and core values and drive process improvement through experimentations 12. Manage and build a team of two staff and 3 contractors (working in call center)
