Marketing Lead - Global Channels & Partners (GC&P),
The incumbent will be part of the global marketing shared services team and directly responsible for executing strategic GC&P marketing programs that support the Group’s Growth Initiatives and business objectives.
Job Location: Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support GC&P’s global Marketing Lead in executing on 2012 plans – especially the Top campaigns
- Manage and deliver on strategic marketing programs for GC&P portfolio in collaboration with onshore peers
- Support the organization’s Global Service Line and BU driven Alliance campaigns to feed the pipeline – leveraging the organization’s campaign methodology and approach
- Manage alignment to sales of specific campaigns, to ensure committed global and local revenue targets
- Ongoing promotion of organisation’s brands, solutions, services, wins, success stories internally and externally with strong communications, sales kits and promotional materials
- Support on major conference participation – planning, execution and post-event follow up
- Support in maintaining our major positioning channels (ie: Web)
- Assist Group Communications and Analysts Relations with Alliance promotional materials
- Support in the development of strong thought leadership materials (Reports, case studies, white papers, POVs) to convert leads and drive sales
- Broaden marketing campaigns through multiple channels (email, direct mail, tele-sales)
- Identify common and repeatable GC&P marketing assets (ie: events tools, production requirements, etc)
- Industrialise approach to asset development through a ‘services in-a-box’ approach
- As offshore lead, help leverage MCOS to manage campaigns and events, including production of assets and execution support: Project management, Design skills, Multimedia, Promotion (internal and external)
Candidate Background:
Experience:
- Minimum 7-9 years experience in marketing, branding & project management
- Demonstrated experience in developing campaigns from program (business) objectives
- Have worked in an onshore-offshore model delivering value to business
- Clarity of thought and ability to negotiate ambiguity
- Self-driven and proactive team member
Qualifications:
Post graduate degree/diploma in marketing from a reputed institution (Preferred. Not compulsory) and/or relevant experience working with Tier 1 IT organization.
