Marketing & Lead Generation Analyst at a Fast Growing Organization

Would you like to be part of the marketing team of an organization with significant potential? Would you like to be part of a team that is tasked with growing a brand-new business from zero to $50M in two years? Are you someone passionate about leveraging the power of traditional as well as digital marketing to define and scale a business? If so, we want to hear from you!

- This position will support the marketing and sales functions at Planetpro, in various targeted markets. To begin with, the position is responsible for generating pre-qualified leads and target accounts based upon objective demographic specifications. Responsibilities will include identification and enhancement of marketing leads and target accounts using a range of different approaches including: outside vendors, web-based services, database mining, web inquiries, social media, and individual search processes.

- Systems used will include installations of Salesforce.com (SFDC), Marketo, and various desktop and cloud-based applications. This position will be accountable not only for supporting lead generation activities, but also management of company's lead generation database of record, quality of all marketing and sales data, as well as continuous improvement of various marketing processes within the organization. This position supports existing lines of business and new lines of business. Specific responsibilities will evolve to meet the needs of all businesses supported.

- Based on the performance and potential, this individual can grow to handle other aspects of marketing function including content generation, vendor and partner management, marketing/sales strategy etc.

Profile Requirements:

Expertise:

- Lead generation experience preferably in a business-to-business market environment.

- Demonstrated experience in marketing data analysis.

- Experience as a user of SFDC, Marketo, or other similar applications.

- Experience working remotely with internal (US) clients.

- Project experience, as a team member and as the project owner.

Personal Characteristics:

- Ability to make quality decisions based on incomplete information.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong documentation and training skills.

- Strong team player. Ability to work in cross functional teams across geographies.

- Proficient on PC and Mac workstations, Google Drive, and Skype.

- Must be entrepreneurial, with desire and willingness to work in a small, but growing organization.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a good school is highly desirable

- About 1-2 years of similar experience, preferably in an MNC

- Maximum 5 years of total work experience.
