Currently working on a Marketing Lead role for a BFSI Client.

Role: - Assist in evolving, developing and conceptualizing the overall brand positioning and strategy for the organization. Drive brand development and lead integrated marketing initiatives across corporate branding, marketing communications, product launches, distribution marketing, digital marketing etc.

- Partner with product, sales and other teams on - go to market- strategy that ensures reach of all products across all markets as well as develop product positioning and associated marketing collateral for new product launch and as well as existing products.

- Design and implement media campaigns using traditional and new media type for the brand and products. Work on a multi-media mix that ensures maximum reach and optimum frequency. Measure communication effectiveness by type of media used.

- Manage company's online presence in order to support brand awareness and maximize the reach of various brand campaigns. Manage the company website by leveraging new technologies and by optimizing the website to all web browsers, key search engines like Google and Yahoo.Use internet and mobile to enable lead generation, with hands on experience on media planning/ buying, conceptualizing and executing required communication on various digital platforms.

- To leverage Social Media Platforms for reaching out to various customer segments and conceiving customer communication plan to increase followers. Build and promote social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, You tube and Linked in.

- Act as a key influencer to promote digitization and drive key projects on the digital road map journey. Helping various teams across the organization to build digital assets.

- Use best practice user-centered design tools and techniques to deliver user research, benchmarks, UX strategy, experience maps, user flows, personas, scenarios and journeys, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes for the various digital assets. Typically, may also be required to conduct user research, focus groups, prototyping and user testing across projects to take informed decisions on UX.
