Position: Marketing Lead - B2C & Digital Marketing (Leading Building Materials Company)
Job Descriptions :
- ATL Campaigns - Media strategy, planning and execution for all India TV, Print, OOH, Cinema advertising.
- Responsible for efficient media planning / buying - Implement marketing investments in brand communication mix, media selection and sales promotion, PR activities & BTL/Activations aligned with the AOP along with the measurement.
- Heading Digital Marketing by designing and drive company's digital strategy in conjunction with the overall marketing objectives. Driving Digital Brand visibility, Social Media & digital campaigns, Content Development and overall Budgeting.
- Lead Campaign Planning & Execution across digital platforms via SEM, Google- Display/Search/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Programmatic advertising, Affiliate marketing and Email Marketing campaigns to generate sales.
- Heading B2C Business Model for the direct consumer business via franchisees across India with retail & contractor management
- PR & Brand Management -Brand Road Map for Brand positioning, Value drivers and competing with competition. Measuring Brand & TOM Score.
- This position reports into the Head of Marketing
- This position will lead a team of 2 members
Requirements :
- Education : Any Graduate + MBA
- 10+ years of Work Experience in Marketing, with emphasis on B2C and Digital Marketing preferably in the Building Materials Segment
- Some experience in managing direct to consumer businesses
- Good experience in ATL Campaigns, PR and Brand Management
