- Excellent communication skills & should be able to anchor events confidently

- Should have experience in handling high value customer account management skills

- Experience in conceptualizing and organizing innovative customer engagement initiatives

- Good understanding of the top B2B segments like BFSI, IT/ITES, Mfg. etc.

- Experience with online social media and content marketing

- Good analytical skills and ability to analyze and synthesize data, interpret customer insights, and turn them into marketing strategies and tactical interventions

- Brand Management

Major Deliverables :

- Drive engagement of our high value customers for upselling and cross selling.

- Collaborate with sales team for joint product promotion and funnel generation.

- Monitor and evaluate the campaign performance to further achieve the marketing goals.

- Look at developing unique / Innovative properties for CXO/ Niche engagement

- Experience: 9 to 14 years
