Marketing Head - Telecom - Postpaid Voice Revenue

Job Description:

- Responsible for delivering the Postpaid Voice Revenue stream, as well as International Roaming revenues.

- Drive Acquisitions share in the market through competition mapping

- Base ARPU management (Usage Stimulation) and Customer Retention. The responsibility hence is around both Acquisitions, and U&R.

- Drive Marketing Strategy, Revenue Enhancement & Profitability

- Brand Building & Marketing Communications

- Marketing intelligence/ Research

- Develop yearly business plans for gross & net revenue targets and projection of subscriber base growth

- Define product and pricing strategy for post paid business.

- Develop marketing plan for the launch of new products/tariff plans to grow market share, gross additions and open alternative revenue streams.

- Evaluate the commercial & technical viability and recommend pricing strategies for new products.
