Head- Printing and Marketing Technology.

Collaborate with the Bank's Marketing team to produce professionally designed print and electronic materials that support the strategic vision of the firm. Analyze the effectiveness of those materials in meeting objectives. Use contemporary design theory to create materials that support the implementation of Global and India marketing plans. Additional responsibilities include reviewing print color, fonts and graphics for quality and format; exporting files; and working with printers to determine price quotes, establish printing schedules and coordinate prepress functions.

1. Responsible for managing the Print Shop for the Marketing team.

2. Responsible for working with vendors/print agencies in order to achieve best quality prints in a cost effective & timely manner.

Day-to-day responsibilities

1. Collaborate with marketing and brand managers to develop and implement company-wide communications/marketing strategies and plans. Use contemporary design theory to deliver strategic messages.

- Apply knowledge of graphic elements and pre-press skills to create output that maximizes the effectiveness and attractiveness of print and electronic publications.

2. Implement and monitor graphic standards in support of a clear and consistent brand for the franchise.

3. Research new methods and learn new technologies to keep the marketing and communications efforts on the cutting edge.

4. Use of software and other technology to produce professional print and electronic materials of large-volume and high-distribution.

5. Communicate on timelines and progress. Coordinate printing schedules and monitor production. Conduct press checks to make sure everything is running smoothly from print to delivery.

6. Identify a budget for every print job. Obtain price quotes from printer/vendors based on printing methods, paper choice, bindery, mailing and labor.
