Marketing Head - Software

- Create an integrated & overall marketing strategy in sync with business plan & sales targets.

- Industry /Customer Mapping: Identify market trends, conceptualize differentiated offerings and prepare compelling value propositions for prospects and customers

- Concept Testing & Product Launch: Understanding of global & local markets; positioning telecom software products - Focus on Regional Pulse which influences marketing decision and revamp Sterlite's portfolio & launch offerings accordingly.

- Customer Communications - Draw on research insights as input to Customer Value Propositions, leverage consumer insights and research to provide thought leadership in formulation of integrated customer communication plans. Work closely with cross functional teams & drive in creation of market/product collaterals including impactful strategic datasheets, value statements, applications/ technical notes.

- Customer Exhibitions & Road Shows - Strategic participation in various global and local trade-shows and conferences so as to maximize brand visibility, growth & profitability.

- Design actionable campaign metrics and ensure outcomes are used for strategic analytics

- Brand Design Repository & Brand Management - Brand Champion - Ensure company product campaigns have a business focus vis-a-vis strategic priorities, all external Marketing activities are executed within the brand specifications (brand positioning, brand architecture) to reinforce the overall brand positioning

- Digital Marketing: Drive social media engagement and brand awareness through well researched social media marketing strategies. Develop and maintain all digital properties.

- Customer & Competition Research - Update with latest market and industry trends, competition, key developments in domain technology, etc

- Planning, monitoring & tracking of management reports, agency mgmt., budgets, etc.
