Marketing Head

We are hiring for Marketing Head for one of our client-Retail Industry.

Exp: 12-15yrs

Qualification: Post Graduate

Position Summary:

- To promote the sales of the company's products and to establish creditability through communication in a manner that will optimize the company's market share and help achieve the company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, facilitate and execute annual marketing plan for the firm.

- Plan and administer the organizational marketing operations budget.

- Negotiate with media agencies to secure agreements for translation of materials into other media.

- Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.

- Develop and oversee external communications and systems

- Facilitate Public relations efforts

- Manage External vendors and consultants.

- Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.

- Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.

- Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies.

- Develop and administer marketing database.

- Ensure the integration of the business unit marketing function within that of the greater group, and ensure that the business unit optimizes its use of shared and support services.

Key Pointers

- Should have experience of working in Fashion Industry (Cosmetics, Beauty Products, Apparels, Footwear etc)

- Should have experience of working in Advertisement Agency
