Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing the brand & communication strategy
- External Communication:Experience into ATL/ BTL and PR
- Internal Communication:
- Creating brand templates, guidelines for each sub-brand
- Aiding the development of future strategy:
- Look holistically at the consumer landscape for niches, opportunities to connect and update the team regularly on emerging trends
- Help identify new business opportunities as seen from the consumer landscape, envision new and innovative directions for the business to follow, help ideate, conceptualize and crystallize these opportunities for review by the leadership team
- Strategy Development/Client Solution- Engage with clients looking for solutions that need to be synthesized from the expanded possibilities within organisation and the outside creative environment – build and nurture these internal and external relationships over time.
Candidate's profile:
- Relevant Experience in Corporate strategy/ Marketing divisions of leading Media, FMCG/CD or Consulting organizations. Smart, independent and out- of- the box thinkers.
- Self- starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work and deliver in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage audience at senior levels.
