Key Responsibilities:  - Responsible for space selling  - Persuading clients to buy advertising space or time.  - Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organizations and contacting them.  - Explaining the benefits of your medium, using statistics on readership or viewing figures.  - Offering a price and negotiating around it, And analyze the market condition to fetch business  - To meet corporate as well as retail clients and present  - Handling a Team of Sales Executives and existing channel partners as well as creating new channel partners to get the business through them  - Strategic planning for Corporate and Bulk Bookings, Advertisements and Promotions, Organizing Promotional activities to increase the productivity as well as Revenue generation  - Handling end to end CRM, Inventory Control, Demands generating for payment to the buyers after booking,   - Collection of payments, drafting the letters of allotment; any updated information about the project; Notice,   - Keeping records and Agreements.  - Handling complete sales cycle i.e. pre sales to post sales activities which include inquiry generation, handling customer queries, providing information, interaction with legal team to ensure smooth leasing process and collection of payments & follow-ups.  - Responsible for generation of new inquiries - reaching out to corp orates (decision makers), meetings with International Property Consultants (IPCs), property brokers and developing new channel partners like FDI Consultants, vendors etc.  - Supervising all the Branding and advertising work which includes print advertisement, outdoor signage, updating website, and preparation of collateral like brochure, flyers etc. to ensure maximum brand visibility.  - Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet organizational objective.  - Managing and co-ordination with advertising agencies, designers, printers, vendors for development of copy / content, creative & designing of marketing collateral.
