Job Description:

The Head of Marketing reports to the COO and is a member of the Company's Leadership team. He/She will be responsible for providing executive leadership and management of the Company's marketing organization and Online & Offline marketing activities, which include: Corporate marketing, partner/channel marketing, product marketing and management. The Marketing Head will drive the Company's efforts to position itself as a visionary leader and potential in its emerging market and to achieve its revenue goals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Define the appropriate marketing organization for the company's maturity/size. Develop and manage the Company's entire marketing budget.

- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.

- Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related positioning.

- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis.

- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with sales for lead tracking and management.

- Act as spokesperson for the company with press and analysts and at industry events.

- Develop consistent marketing services to deliver exceptional lead volumes and quality through effective brand interpretation, digital communication, PPC, SEO and Social strategies that meet ROI and customer Acquisition targets.
