Marketing Head - FMCG

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for defining and exploring growth opportunities in new markets

- Manage Product branding and launching.

- Identify current and future trends and recommend a planning, execution and implementation of the appropriate strategy.

- Take full ownership and accountability in customer relationship building.

- Execute market research and identify potential product gaps and customer needs in the market.

- Responsible for Product Pricing, positioning, distribution and packaging.

- Involved in B2C ,ATL and BTL activities.

Skills:

- Proactive at relationship building at every level

- Conceptual mind and fast thinker.

- Build robust marketing plans co-ordinate with financial projections

- Ability to work across cultures

- Experienced in Marketing especially in consumer related chemical products (coatings, adhesives, sealants, construction chemicals) industry.

- Any Graduate OR Post Graduate with 13+ yrs of experience in marketing domain.
