Marketing Head - Digital Transformation Partner for Construction Services

- The company is a front runner of digital transformation in the construction space with headquarters in Hyderabad and presence in countries like Singapore and Dubai. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Head of Marketing to handle the overall marketing activities of the company - including online and offline channels.

- To identify & evolve the company's brand story

- To establish uniform communication across online channels (website, social media, internal communication, and marketing collateral).

- To design the marketing calendar and identify marketing campaigns & activities that have to be prioritized for brand building & demand generation.

- To head the demand generation team & be responsible for demand generation targets.

- Taking care of ATL/BTL and other marketing activities.

- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for Marketing and be able to work innovatively with fixed budgets

Qualifications :

- 8-10 years' experience in marketing, experience in digital marketing is a must, B2B experience is a plus

- Prior experience in working with technology or technology-led products in marketing would be an added advantage

- Entrepreneurial drive

- Knowledge of internal/external trends and ability to track competition

- Ability to identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
