We are seeking a Brand and Marketing Head to lead our branding and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy, creating engaging marketing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

About the Role

- Develop & execute our brand strategy across our target consumer groups and personas

- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention

- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI

- Develop and manage our social media, content strategy, CRM and lead generation programs

- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, ambassadors, etc.

- Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer service, etc.

A good fit for this role:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand & marketing, preferably in the personal care industry

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, incl. social media, influencer, content marketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Analytical mindset and experience with data analysis tools

- Passion for women's personal care and a deep understanding of the target audience
