One of our clients, A leading Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Marketing Head-Corporate Brand  Basic Job Purpose:  - Deliver business reserves by managing the brand effectively through various marketing strategies across all products and business lines and also developing/delivering on the Corporate Brand strategy.  - Responsible for the corporate franchise marketing initiatives and management of the corporate brand.  - Develop a monitoring and control mechanism to measure marketing effectiveness in delivering business results across all anchor locations   - Drive execution excellence across each anchor location by leveraging past learnings, cross anchor learnings and by regular review against action standards.  - Develop a working strategy for central functions such as Expense Management, Creative approvals, Audit & Maintenance, etc.  - Ensure that the full strength of bank across business lines comes to the fore at each anchor location.  - Manage the marketing task force at each city to ensure the same.  - Develop and drive corporate brand campaigns  - Management of all sponsorships. May include increasing the number of new meaningful sponsorships  - Drive all franchise-wide initiatives through coordination and engagement with other teams or businesses.  Education & Experience:  - MBA from Premier B schools with 11+ yrs of marketing experience.  - Prior Sales and Marketing experience is necessary  - Should be able to lead a project with team members from other business units  - Should be passionate about creating customer impact  - Knowledge on Digital marketing is must.  - Person should have a combination of both conceptualization skills and execution ability.  - Very strong communication skills.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details in cover letter  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
