Marketing/Growth/Retention Role - Media Firm

Job Description:

Leading a data driven growth marketing set-up, by

a. Understanding the various data sources Business Standard has and deriving actionable insights keeping one or more of acquisition and retention as the base objectives in mind

b. Using GA4 and MoEngage at the core for a. and using them and other tools to

- Own and execute life cycle marketing strategies and outbound channels including goals, roadmap across channels

- Generate deep insights about customers that increase their retention and lead to inventing new ways to delight and retain customers

- Ownership of outbound channels and marketing programs, including conceptualizing, building, executing and analysing retention programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights via tests and optimization

c. Working closely with product and technology teams

d. And figuring incremental consumption spaces that are of value to Business Standard

Desired Profile:

You

a. Have 2 - 3 years of work experience relevant to the Job Description

b. Have learnt data science and analytics, and are especially familiar with GA4 and MoEngage

c. Have proven creativity and keen decision making in developing solutions based on customer segmentation

d. Are good at marketing copywriting and design aesthetics using HTML

e. Have a degree in Marketing, preferably post-graduate but can be an exceptional graduate too

f. Love data, have an overall logical and rational approach to marketing, can communicate clearly and effectively
