Job Description - Reporting to the MD the candidate is required to:

- Develop and implement commercial strategy and efforts for India

- Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports

- Market knowledge:

- Recognize market trends, market overview of competitors Provide market data and facts:

- Define customers needs and price lists in cooperation with central team Define communication plan for India and adapt central communication tools to local market Developing of local price lists and monitoring on margins to ensure that financial targets are met

The Successful Candidate - The candidate must be an MBA with a minimum of 12 years experience handling the Marketing function. Complete B2B experience is mandatory. Should have worked in aggressive growth oriented companies.
