- Experience of dealing with Government Contracts.
- Roles report into the CEO
- Client servicing : Decision making, relationship management, custodian of billing to clients and collection (commercial acumen should be strong)
CRM :
- Customer relationship management, contract servicing and the MCS unit administration
- Maintaining Client Relationship with Coal India Officials, Colliery Officials, power sector, and Railway Officials for servicing customer contracts (government & private)
Business Development:
- Conducting Business Development activities and networking both in Public and Private sectors
- Understanding the local ecosystem, political & regulatory scenario
- Identify the geographical specific target list for Business Development prospect
Tender Inputs :
- Providing tender bid submission & documentation support for tender qualification.
- Budget preparation
- Preparing budgets, expense reports and performance reports for MCS unit for determining the profitability associated with the MCS unit.
