About The Role We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager, to be part of our dynamic marketing team. The role is hands-on and will manage proactive and reactive communications, from strategy to messaging to execution. This role will report to the VP Marketing Experience Required - Atleast 5 to 7 years of communications experience (media, social/digital) in a large BU or a Marketing Agency - Excellent knowledge and understanding of all social and traditional media platforms and relevant content to inform/engage internal and external audiences in a way that connects and builds reputation - Excellent people/collaborative skills - ability to set the agenda and lead in an inclusive manner must want to make people follow him/her and deliver their best as a team. - Interface, consult, and collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams across the company - Fluent in English with exemplary verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully - Drive positive stories across a broad range of media - Support and manage the creation of press materials and customer/partner reference programs - Respond to media requests from media - Organize press briefings, media sessions, and events, as required. - Prepare briefing materials and manage executive spokespeople
