Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist: resourceful, detail-oriented and driven with the ability (and desire) to conceive and deliver high-return marketing initiatives at low cost. This talented, hands-on individual will voraciously create and execute marketing strategy and tactics as a member of the executive team to set overall marketing priorities, generate sales leads, and build company awareness and brand equity among large health systems, medical group practices, and health IT channel partners.   Here's what we are looking for:  - 5+ years US Healthcare experience  - Functional experience: Marketing or Marketing Communications   - Industry experience: Healthcare experience required; experience marketing to health IT customers a plus  - History of working in start-up environments  - Proven ability to build and lead a successful marketing organization, balancing hands-on tactical execution while developing and mentoring team members  - Demonstrated successful experience in creating and cultivating a differentiated and impactful brand identity  - Comfortable with shifting marketing priorities in fast-changing industry  - Excellent writing skills suitable for newsletters, case studies, press releases and website content   - Success in taking ownership of marketing-related processes and projects, such as tradeshows, producing webinars, media relations and paid leads campaigns  - Proven project management skills coordinating internal and external marketing personnel  - Demonstrated ability to create and execute on ideas that are low expenditure yet yield high impact
