Marketing/Category Manager - Pharma - IIM/MDI/ISB

One of the largest Pharma MNCs wishes to hire the Marketing Manager for their leading category.

The incumbent would lead the complete P&L for the category . Would be leading a team of Group Product Managers, Sales and supply/commercial professionals and Brand Managers.

He/she shall

- Prepare and lead the marketing /business plan for the category

- Ensure profitability, market share and growth

- Develop effective marketing and communication strategy.

- Provide strategic direction to the sales force.

- Maintain KOL/Customer contact.

- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders

- Plan for future basis market and consumer insights.

- Provide exceptional leadership to the team .

- We invite applications from MBA's from reputed B Schools with 10-15 years of experience in leading and developing brands /products in the Pharmaceutical industry.

- Must have experience in leading brands with more than 100 cr turnover.

- Prior experience in Gastrology/Cardio/Diabeto/Critical care or Super Speciality therapy areas is a MUST.

- Should have led sales and marketing, handling critical launches and considerably large teams.
